Just Dance!
The Unauthorized Rolling Stones will be storming into Mill Valley on Just Think’s behalf.
Join us on the dance floor this Friday, Feb. 29th at 8:30pm at the Masonic Events Center, 19 Corte Madera Ave in Mill Valley (across from city hall). All proceeds will benefit Just Think’s programs.

New Board Chair
We are delighted to announce that Just Think board member Daniel Kunstler recently agreed to take the helm of our Board of Directors. Daniel brings his experience in finance, education and nonprofit board work to Just Think’s ongoing strategy and success.
Daniel spoke with Director of Development and Communications Donna Staples about his new role with Just Think. Read key excerpts from this thought-provoking interview with Daniel, or to see details of the extended conversation.

Shift Happens
With much gratitude Just Think announces the departure of Education Director Erica Deiparine-Sugars from our organization. Erica is moving on to become the Director of Programming at Independent Television Service (ITVS).
Erica has been our steadfast trainer-of-trainers and a spearhead of professional development for media educators for over five years. Among many other accomplishments, Erica led the program delivery of Just Think’s Media Education, Arts & Literacy (MEAL) project, which established the field’s body of evidence of the positive impact of media education on the success of students. Erica will take with her our deep appreciation for her outstanding work and lasting contribution.

Branding Anyone?
Just Think is proud to be the recipient of a Key Messages & Brand Strategy service grant from the Taproot Foundation, a national organization that engages teams of highly skilled professionals to help local nonprofits increase their impact. This prestigious grant, with an estimated value of $50,000, will help Just Think articulate our mission, explain our work, and improve our marketing and fundraising.

Ongoing Outreach
