Youth Media Educators 2008
Youth Media Educators (YME) 2008 is more robust than ever. Just Think expands the scope of this year’s program to officially extend throughout the year. As a youth intern you will receive $1500 to learn media production, media literacy education, peer teaching and entrepreneurial skills during the Summer and then implement your learning during the 08/09 year.
YME ’08 will take place July 7th through August 15th, 2008. It is open to any Bay-Area student, if you qualify as low income (or under other hardship) and will be entering 9th through 12th grades during the 2008/09 school year. Travel stipends make it easier for any one from outlying areas to apply.
