This short documentary was created in the Media Education, Arts and Literacy (MEAL) Program at Marina Middle School.
64 sixth-grade students and their core teachers, Mr. Barenbaum and Ms. Rohde, worked with Precita Eyes Mural Center to design and paint a mural reflecting the scientific and technological contributions of ancient civilizations.
This project met curriculum standards in core subject areas and incorporated media education and visual arts skills.
